Does this raise a "hare"

 We have launched a few new goodies recently, but are really pleased with the handmade pictures of boozy bunnies that have been carefully created by Emily Maude. We are sure you will agree that they are really eye catching. Each one has been individually made out of vintage beer mats, old shipping documents and legal paperwork from bygone days. 

These hares have a lovely mythical feel to them and make a great gift for men or women who love something different, are animal lovers or even been in a certain profession, such as a solicitor to appreciate the level of design in these images. Each one is titled, editioned and signed by the artist and displayed in a wooden white box frame.

New additions online for the colder months

We have fabulous gifts online and still adding more to our range for the onset of the colder months here in Great Britain. 

 

We have added some lovely lambswool scarves and gloves that would make a special present for a woman who enjoys that extra touch of luxury and help to keep them wrapped up warm over winter. These sets have been carefully made by textile artist Hannah Housham so they are unique and not mass produced for the shops. The main colours of these accessories are gentle aqua, light plum purples and lovely grey marls so there is a choice whatever the outfit.  

As you will also see, we stock cute little hand warmers with a small bird motif on the front of the knitted sleeve of the gel packet. They are a great must for outdoor walking to keep hands comfortable during really cold spells around October to February. If you are tempted not to venture outside there are some great mugs to warm up coco by the fire in gentle candle light so don’t forget our other goodies either for yourself or for that love one to show them you care about their health and well-being.

More goodies at Little Wren Gifts to come

There are more fabulous good at our Internet shop and we have just launched some lovely botanical measuring spoons and cups plus rustic slate chalkboards which will enhance any shabby chic kitchen. The National Cupcake week has drawn to a close and we hope you managed to enjoy a sweet cake or two. There is still plenty of kitchenware online from cream egg holders to vintage dollies, so don’t forget to look for a little something for one of the most central rooms of the home.

There are other more luxury choices to make though, we are sorry for mentioning it,  but the colder weather is around the corner, so we have added our popular range of 100% Lambswool scarfs and gloves again. There are, of course our lovely hot water bottles which go hand in hand with a cosy evening indoors. However,  when you do venture outside remember our little bird handheld warmers which are a handy present so love ones to carry in their pockets on those cloudy or rainy days.

We are looking forward to adding a new selection of ceramic heart mugs and ceramic stripe cups, but also handmade jewellery from slate which we could not resist buying from a craftsperson based in Scotland.  There will also be more arts and crafts coming our way, so its again watch this space !!
